[Order Information] : Adults: 18 years of age or above; Children: under 18 years of age
[Transportation Recommendation] : Take Subway Line 2 to Daxinggong Subway Station, exit from Exit 5 and walk to the meeting point.
[How to Use] : The guide will contact you via SMS or phone call by 21:30 the day before departure. Please keep your phone reachable.
[Important Notice] : Please bring your original ID card for travel.
[For Seniors] : If there are travelers aged 70 or above, they must be accompanied by at least one family member or friend aged 18–69 to join the tour. Travelers over 80 years old cannot be accommodated and are recommended to take a self-guided tour!
[Inclusions] For visitors aged 18 and above, please book adult tickets which include admission ticket + guide service. For visitors under 18, please book child tickets which include free admission with guide service.
Children cannot place orders separately. They must be accompanied by a ticketed adult for entry. The number of children allowed per adult is subject to the attraction's official regulations.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 40% will be charged.

A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 11:59 PM on the day of date of use.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
