The booking agent and assigned driver were both excellent with communication and service. We were picked up from Macau airport with our luggage and driven to the Hengqin border crossing. After clearing immigration, we boarded the same car which sent us to our hotel in Zhuhai. Total travel time was barely 45mins and it was comfortable all the way. 4 adults and 2 kids with 4 luggage managed to fit well into a Toyota Alphard.★

I recently had a fantastic experience using Trip.com for our ferry trip with TurboJet Ferry. We arrived at the ferry terminal early, and to our pleasant surprise, the staff went above and beyond by booking us on an earlier ferry. They even held the ferry for us, which was quite impressive!
