Joyce was very kind, patient, and cheerful on our tour. She accompanied us to the most iconic spots in the park, which is enormous. We avoided unnecessary lines and wasting time looking for the next location, which is very practical if you have limited time or are traveling with an elderly person. I highly recommend her.★

A great experience! We received a day's notice about the pickup location and time. On the day itself, we were picked up from our accommodation at the agreed-upon time by a private driver in a comfortable car (seats with back massages, bottle of water). We were taken to Glass Bridge with our private guide, Vicky Liu. She is very caring and patient with explanations and guidance. We had beautiful weather, it was quiet, so there were hardly any waits anywhere. Afterward, we drove to National Forest Park, where we had beautiful views of the mountains, monkeys, the Bailong Elevator, Hallelujah Mountain, Tainzi Mountain, and the cable car back. We did everything according to the itinerary and arrived well in time. Again, there were almost no lines, and the weather was truly perfect; it couldn't have been better.★

We decided to take my parents and kids to Zhangjiajie for New Year's Day.
After reading countless travel guides, I was completely overwhelmed, especially with elderly people and children traveling together. In the end, we chose this private tour through Ctrip. They provided pick-up and drop-off service, and a guide accompanied us throughout the trip! It was definitely worth it.
The scenery in Zhangjiajie is breathtaking, and we were incredibly lucky to witness the rarest snowfall of the year!
Our guide was Liao Qin. Her explanations were excellent. We communicated with her a day in advance, knowing my parents' mobility issues meant they couldn't walk too much, so she tried to take us on the park's transportation as much as possible, and we saw all the highlights! We were extremely satisfied! If we had tried to find our own way, we probably wouldn't have been able to see all the beautiful sights in a day!
The group bus picked us up directly from the hotel. It was convenient and saves us a lot of trouble. The bus was also very clean, and the driver's driving skills were excellent!
We'll definitely come back for a second visit when the weather is nice! Zhangjiajie is definitely worth it!★

Tianmen Mountain truly lives up to its reputation as a 5A-level scenic spot in Zhangjiajie. We happened to be there during a heavy snowfall, which made it feel like a fairyland. The tour guide service was excellent, and the explanations were top-notch. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance.★

Guide Xiao Yang Amei is enthusiastic and professional! There are many tourists in the summer vacation. All our projects on the trip have been changed to VIP channels. There is no need to queue up during the whole process. The efficiency is very high. Although the weather is hot, the experience is good and it is recommended!
