The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!

Joining a small group of 9 for a one-day tour of Mount Fuji, the driver managed the time perfectly throughout, and with the weather cooperating, we had a wonderful time at all six attractions! A huge thumbs up to the driver! Unfortunately, the driver wasn't a professional tour guide, and we, sitting in the back, couldn't hear him clearly about every location and meeting time, which was a small disappointment.

This trip to Mount Fuji was absolutely worth it! The crystal-clear mountain scenery was breathtaking, every view was like a painting. The driver was very nice, but we weren't so lucky that day. There was heavy fog, so we didn't see Mount Fuji, and the water bus experience was also closed due to water levels. Everything else was great, though. Hopefully, we'll be luckier next time we visit!


