I purchased the same tour ticket through AirTrip last August, but the ticket exchange counter was closed on the day, and there was only a sign saying it was closed that day. My plans for the day were ruined, so I had to spend the day in Hongdae at short notice. I felt like crying and sorry for my family. Trip.com accurately reported that the tour was not running on August 15th. AirTrip refunded me, but I felt regretful thinking about the experience my family had this summer. Next time, I'd like to take my daughter on the Seoul City Bus Tour, since I wasn't able to see her last year.About
