● In case of train suspension due to force majeure such as traffic or weather conditions, the itinerary will proceed with dock sightseeing and lunch before visiting the winery.

● In case of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, the decision to cancel the tour will be made 1 day before departure (by 17:00 local time)

● Be sure to arrive at the designated location at least 10 minutes in advance to avoid delaying subsequent itineraries. No waiting will be provided for late arrivals.

● If you sign up one day before departure or fail to provide a valid pick-up hotel one day before departure, please go to the designated pick-up point.

● On the return day, select a downtown drop-off point. If you change hotels, the driver will not be responsible for luggage transfer.

● Complimentary hotel transfers within the city area, with the option to drop off at the airport on the return day for AUD30 per group
