6. During your trip, if your actual itinerary does not match your booked itinerary, please contact customer support immediately for verification. If you fail to report the situation promptly, we will not accept any related complaints afterwards.
7. Simple meals, tea, and fruits will be arranged by the staff upon receipt of the confirmation form;
8. On the selected travel date, please wait in the hotel lobby with your redemption confirmation. A special car will pick you up from the hotel lobby. Please confirm your name and reservation details with the driver before boarding.
9. Because our visitors service is a shared transfer and involves multiple hotel pickups, delays may occur. Please wait patiently in the hotel lobby. Upon arrival, the driver will verify your confirmation and name with you and depart immediately. If you are not picked up more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time, please contact the Chinese customer support listed on your confirmation, who will track the driver's location for you.
