It's very convenient to buy and use immediately. Just enter the letters and numbers below the QR code to get your ticket instantly. When entering the gate, remember to take a picture of the contactless payment icon; once the green light comes on, you're good to go. Ticket checks are frequent; on the day we went, six ticket inspectors boarded and took away two people who hadn't bought tickets. Not swiping your card is equivalent to not buying a ticket, and the fines are quite heavy.

Valet passes are valid for 75 minutes from the time they are issued, so even if you have a reservation for a specific date, you should issue your pass just before the day you plan to use it. I accidentally issued a pass for a reservation for another day and wasted it.

Great hall acoustics, the violinists were super expressive and emotive, and the music was performed to perfection! Vivaldi’s music performed many centuries later by modern people in an ancient setting, a dazzling fusion for sure. The 75 minutes or so that it takes whizzes by in the blink of an eye.

We attended a concert in a magnificent setting in Campo San Salvador, opposite the Church of San Salvador. With excellent acoustics, we enjoyed a superb performance. The musicians, dressed in 18th-century costumes, gave a truly beautiful performance, especially the first violin, a true virtuoso. It was a truly magnificent, timeless experience to hear Vivaldi's Four Seasons, by this wonderful Venetian composer.

The first act was exceptional; the voices warmed up nicely, and the second act was explosive. There was a wonderful rapport between the three performers. A marvelous evening at a truly reasonable price.
