I mentioned that the buffet drinks service can get a bit crowded, but the bartenders are respectful and knowledgeable. I think if the glasses were a bit bigger, we wouldn't have to wait in line constantly. Also, a small announcement could be made when passing by some important buildings, without interrupting the music too much. When I went, the windows were fogged up, so we could miss some buildings. I think a small announcement could explain that we are near a historical building.★

The two guides, Vinny and Luis were excellent and very knowledgeable about the Portuguese history and history of the places visited Their commentary during the journey was full of information laced with humour The tour was on time and despite inclement weather conditions, we could visit the places as planned I would highly recommend this trip★

I was there half an hour before de boarding time waiting in the line because I wanted to stay on the upper terrace for the view and there are limited seats for that, therefore I had exactly the experience I expected to have.★

We had a brilliant tour with Beatriz. Would thorougly recommend this tour and you are lucky if Beatriz is your guide. She was so passionate, knowledgeable, and interested in the history and we learned so much about the monastery, but also about Lisbon, Portugal and Portuguese history. Completely recommend this tour. Ten out of ten from myself and my family.
