How to use
You'll receive a confirmation SMS from Trip.com after your booking is successful.
Your itinerary confirmation will be sent to your email no later than 24 hours before departure.
The service staff will not contact you in advance. Please refer to the booking confirmation for the meeting time and location.
On the day of your trip, please wait at the designated meeting point before the scheduled time (recommended 10 minutes early) with your electronic confirmation.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM 65 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 10% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM 24 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 20% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 9 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 40% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 75% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes early according to the information on your confirmation voucher. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the tour without refund. We appreciate your understanding.
