Please be sure to gather at the designated pick-up location at the designated time and do not be late. This product cannot be refunded or changed, and cannot be transferred to other flights or joined midway. If you fail to participate in this trip due to your own reasons, you must bear the corresponding losses yourself. Please understand.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 PM, 12 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 PM 11 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 20% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 PM 8 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 PM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 11:59 PM on the day of date of use.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To ensure driver safety and driving stability, we may adjust the itinerary based on actual circumstances, including reducing the time spent at attractions or eliminating certain attractions.
