How to use
Show your smartphone ticket at the ticketing counter of each venue to redeem your paper ticket
Each QR code on the ticket represents an iPass, one QR code per person
1 hour must pass between two visits (except for the Hop-on Hop-off Bus)
Check the opening hours before heading to a venue
One visit per venue
Tickets must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase
Special conditions (height/opening restrictions, holiday supplements) may apply
Due to unforeseeable circumstances included attractions may be subject to change
Tours, transfers, and some attractions may require prior booking or separate ticket collection

If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:58 PM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:58 PM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
