The best fast track service in Vietnam. Great communication before you arrive. Your name is on sign board so you can quickly find where you need to go. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I had zero delays and I completed immigration in about 1 minute. Very fast. I highly recommend this company. I used fast track many times and this company is outstanding. Very professional!!!★

However, on quiet days, the normal queue can be short, making the service feel unnecessary. Overall, it’s a “pay for convenience” option—worth it if you value time and comfort, but optional if you don’t mind waiting a bit.★

Very easy to use at Ho Chi Minh City airport. Good communication from the local vendor from start to finish. I don’t think fast track is needed in some cases but personally I wanted to book as a back up in case there were long queues. The person with the sign was easy to locate when landing and I was in and out of immigration within 10-15mins. Highly recommended if you want a back up in case of queues.★

The guide was very kind. However, personally, I think it would be more cost-effective to just take a Grab and buy tickets separately to get around. The car wasn't great, and because of the torrential rain, we ended up paying extra for cafes and massages while trying to find shelter. The local food they served didn't really suit my taste either... Since the guide was so kind, I feel bad writing anything negative. Still, that is my personal opinion.
