Beautiful views, it's worth trying if you want to see several places in a short time, but I wanted to spend more time in each of these places.

We had a very nice and informative walking tour in Mostar. We learned much about the history, both recent in the last 30 years as well as historical events that helped us understand and appreciate the city and its people.
Reviews: 1-day tour to Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina [Four cities around Sarajevo]

From the ancient city of Sarajevo, drive and hike to Mostar. The driver's eldest brother is really good at technology, which is reassuring. In winter, he is afraid that we will freeze, and will drive the car to the nearest place to take pictures and play as far as possible. ❤️ The tour guide aunt really took the trouble to care about whether everyone was tired, carefully explained along the way, pay attention to everyone, and wait for everyone in every place in winter to help everyone. Thanks to the driver and guide! I experienced English service this time, great! People who like this country also like the beauty that is more cherished by pain. May world peace, may all that is true here no longer be harmed. They like the Chinese, say the Chinese are warm and kind, hope the Chinese can maintain this beauty, after all, everything in the world is rare. May the strong motherland advance with this world and friendly countries. I love Bosnia more than Serbia. Sarajevo, may you be happy forever!
Reviews: Mostar and Medjugorje Day Trip from Dubrovnik

Despite our tour guide and driver (operated by Super Tours), I’d still recommend that anyone should do this tour if you have the time and you are lucky enough to be in the stunningly beautiful Dubrovnik. It’s a long day (ours was longer because our guide and driver were 30 minutes late at pick up) but is worth the investment of time. I wasn’t too sure initially about the stop at the church in Medjugorje but the place inspires an atmosphere of revertant and dignified calm. It is a Catholic pilgrimage site as believers report sightings of the Virgin Mary. We didn’t see the Madonna but had a nice time at the church. Don’t neglect the outdoor chapel and grounds - they are a highlight! What I would neglect is any recommendation from the tour guide to climb the hill behind the town to the crucifix on top. Due to a knee injury, we didn’t climb but others on the tour did, including our teenage son. This was on the “expert”recommendation of the guide that it would take about 45 minutes of a 90 minute stop. It didn’t! When 5 people from 3 different parties do not return on time to the allocated meeting point it is not mere tardiness - it is poor advice. Beyond the embarrassing waste of time for everyone else on the tour, my wife and I did start to get a bit panicked when our son did not materialise with the others on time. We spent a good 20 panicked minutes wondering what we would do with a missing teenage son with no money, passport or mobile reception in Bosnia. This was exacerbated by the awful driver smoking and cursing about wanting to leave the late comers behind. When people did return we continued on to Mostar. Simply, Mostar is stunning and worth the visit. Just go if you get the chance! Even the odd stream of consciousness ramblings of our tour guide could not detract from the sheer beauty of Mostar. His ability to jump from topic to topic with no apparent connection moved initially from the annoying to the comic! My personal favourite 5 minute cognitive “walk in the park” was a ramble that went from a discussion about the 1991 war, to the collapse of the Berlin Wall, to a comparison of Bosnia with Switzerland (??) to a discussion of some odd theory about East versus West to a comparison of Bosnia with Istanbul (??). Wow! All in about 5 minutes! This verbal nonsensical game of long jump continued all day in bursts. Others on the bus behind me repeatedly discussed being confused. Luckily, we were not confused, just amused and bemused! Despite this, I would still highly recommend that anyone who has the opportunity does the day tour. Mostar is worth the effort. Fingers crossed for a different guide and driver. The final indignity was the drop off. No, not at the Pile Gate where most people were picked up or anywhere near it. No, 1.2km away in the dark and pouring rain without any direction about where to actually go to get home. There was no time for a better drop off or instructions - our guide instead gave an impassioned hint about leaving a gratuity in a society that does not tip. Here’s a tip - do a better job!

Everything worked perfectly. I can also highly recommend our guide Sascha. He gave us lots of other valuable information about the country and the city. Thank you for that.
