Picked up on time in a 4x4. Only one other couple in the car with us.  Great activities as advertised. One bad thing was that on the advert it does not mention stargazing, but you do actually get to stargaze with telescopes provided.  After quad biking which is great, we went dune bashing and sandboarding. Then travel to the desert camp where we ride camels, stargaze, feed camels, watch a horse show, watch a variety show and have unlimited buffet food.  Veg and Non-veg options are plenty, and everything is cooked fresh and really great.  They have bathrooms there and if you cold they provide blankets, you don't need the VIP area which is actually further away from the stage.  Considering the cost versus the activities, this is really good value and you felt taken care of the whole trip.

We had a fantastic desert safari tour with Royal Smart Tourism. We truly enjoyed the experience, and everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. I would like to thank Mr. Khalid Rehman for making this tour so amazing. He is a kind, professional, and attentive person, and I really appreciated his service.

The tour included two planned visits: a library and a Hindu temple, but they weren't there. We chose the Russian-language option; English was available. Overall, the tour was okay, but it didn't live up to the description.

It certainly is an experience! I chose this particular safari tour company on *** because they would pick us from our hotel. Imran was also accommodating to make a quick emergency toilet stop as we were almost to our first destination. First stop was a 4-wheeling paid experience. I thought this was part of the package. When we got there, Imran did say it was going to be extra. However, the accent, fast speech, and speaking softly made it difficult to fully distinguish what was happening until we arrived at the ticket window to choose our 4-wheeler. Since my young son was excited to do it, I paid the extra amount. Remember, you are a tourist in the middle east, so be prepared to pay extra if you want: - 4-wheeling ride - head scarf - a picture with a bird - a camel ride longer than 20 feet in a circular pen - a horse ride - any 'extra' food/drink options The food was ok. The appetizers were fried ... somethings ... that was cold and chewy. The main meal was decent. I appreciated the vegetarian options. The shows were good to watch and get a flair for their culture. We were there mid-week and not a lot of guests, so the applause was weak for the hard work the entertainers were doing.
