How to use
1. Departure time: 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM
 
2. Experience Method: After placing your order, customer support will contact you to add WeChat and send the specific location. Upon arrival, provide your name and phone number for the experience (Due to limited vehicles, advance booking is required).
 
3. Experience location: Lijiang Eagle ATV Club, only a 15-min drive from Lijiang Old Town
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 PM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

Individuals aged 5 to 18 can only ride as passengers and are not permitted to drive.

2. Pregnant women, those unsuitable for outdoor activities, and individuals with conditions such as high blood pressure or heart disease should purchase and use with caution to avoid unnecessary trouble and losses.

3. Try to avoid carrying valuables. If you must bring them, please keep them with you at all times. Place easily lost items such as phones and wallets in zippered clothing pockets or backpacks to prevent them from falling out and getting lost.
