I would really recommend this tour - it’s a VERY long day but well worth it. We met at 7.10am and was dropped off at about 6.30 pm. Aria was a fantastic host - very organised and knowledgeable with great English. It’s a couple hours drive to the wall and Aria explained our options whilst on route. We opted to go up both the east and west part of the wall. The east has the chair lift up and the toboggan down - this is extra payment. The west part has a gondola ride up and down - again this is extra cost. We also opted for the discounted buffet lunch - this was 80 yuan. There are lots of food options here. At the wall, you organise your own time and meet up with the rest of the group at a specific time. We then got back on the bus at 1.30pm to go to the summer palace which isn’t a palace but a beautiful lake and garden. Again we paid extra for the boat ride. This time we stayed together as a group and Aria told us the history. An excellent day with a super guide, Aria. Thank you

We really had a wonderful day at the temples and the palace. Beautiful to see. For a small extra charge, we even booked a boat trip to the Summer Palace. A nice mixed international group. The tour is in English and our guide Gary speaks the language well. He has an incredible amount of knowledge and knows how to convey it to the group in a very fun and pleasant way. Great guy!! Gary, thank you so much for the wonderful day.

We were very pleased with the tour! We were thrilled to take the cable car up to the wall and stroll around the Summer Palace grounds. We were pleasantly surprised by our guide, Oleg, who is so knowledgeable. He speaks excellent Russian, even makes jokes, and provides wonderful insights into the sights. He was attentive to us and answered our questions. We highly recommend him to Russian tourists. We will definitely choose him in the future.

Excellent tour! Our guide, Pasha, speaks fluent Russian and knows his job well. He took us everywhere (where possible) without waiting in lines, adjusted the route when requested, and gave engaging insights into the sights. We were picked up and dropped off as scheduled, in a comfortable, new car.
