A confirmation email will be sent to the appointed email address once the booking is made.

Please proceed to the green ticket-vending machines and redeem your physical pass by scanning the QR code of e-ticket and non-Japanese passport.

Use the physical pass to enter the automated ticket gate.

You may also select the activation date when redeeming if you choose not to activate the pass immediately.

After booking, the platform will automatically send an email to the reserved email address of the booking guest.

Please present the received voucher code or QR code, as well as the non Japanese passport of the booking guest. Please redeem the physical ticket at the designated station ticket vending machine (please refer to the figure below).

2.Okayama Area 1 Week Free Pass

Passengers will receive a PDF file through email after booking. Please present the QR Code at the desired facility during the ride or redeem physical tickets.
