If the photo service is completed before 6:00 PM on the same day, the negatives will be provided within 24 hours.

Service team

All packages include 1 photographer.

1. If you're concerned that the photographer's work may not align with your aesthetic preferences, you can review the photos in the camera every 10–15 minutes to ensure they meet your expectations. Communicate any adjustments needed with the photographer. If after two discussions (within half an hour) you're still unsatisfied, please contact me immediately to terminate the service and receive a refund, preventing further inconvenience for both parties. This policy also applies to makeup artist services.

2. A minimum of 60 quality photos per hour is the standard output for a single person under normal circumstances (blurry shots, closed eyes, or unusable photos will be deleted). In reality, we usually capture even more—rest assured our photographers won't waste your valuable time. Factors affecting photo output include: 1. Client cooperation (e.g., uncooperative children or time spent guiding poses). 2. Transition time between multiple locations (e.g., moving from spot A to B). 3. Group size, as photographing multiple people naturally takes longer. We cannot guarantee a minimum quantity for these three scenarios—thank you for your understanding. Unedited photos are stored for 1 week. If you haven't received your photos, please contact the photographer or customer support promptly to avoid losing them.

3. Since the photographer resides within the city, clients are not responsible for urban transportation costs. For photoshoot locations in suburban areas, clients should cover the photographer's travel expenses. The photoshoot price includes the photographer's transportation within the main urban area. For locations beyond 15 km from the central train station or municipal government center, clients will need to pay for the photographer's travel. For specific rates, please contact customer support.
