The leader is enthusiastic and responsible. The explanation is very detailed. A half-day tour is good enough to get to all the attractions. Each temple will be explained. Includes buffet. The buffet is relatively simple and the tour fee is very reasonable. The whole journey is fine. It is recommended to follow the tour or you will miss certain temples.★

The half-day tour of West Lake was well-planned. We visited Three Pools Mirroring the Moon Island, taking photos at the best vantage point. Our guide, Mr. Meng, provided excellent commentary—knowledgeable, witty, and humorous—which greatly enhanced our understanding of West Lake. There were no forced purchases. Highly recommended.★

The tour guide's explanations were detailed and vivid. The 10 most treasured artifacts in the Zhejiang Provincial Museum were breathtaking. The accompanying headset provided a clear and immersive experience throughout, making for a great overall experience. Without a tour, a museum visit would be rushed. Listening carefully to the guide's detailed narration felt like stepping back in time to appreciate the weight of history and the significance of the national treasures. Definitely a 5-star review!★

Due to the Lunar New Year, it was so crowded! But my driver cum guide, 老谢 （my mom & I were the only passengers he ferried) made sure my mom wasn’t tired nor required to Q. We won’t stuck in any jam nor the Q we waited, wasn’t long. He sure was experienced guide to navigate in Hangzhou. Will sure look for him when I come back to Hangzhou.
