Reviews: Go City: Singapore All-Inclusive Pass (Discover over 30 top attractions | Universal Studios Singapore, Night Safari, Singapore Zoo & more)

The booking process was very easy and as long as you download the app and ask around, it's very easy to use.
There are a lot of other tourists using the Go City Pass so establishments are familiar with the redemption process.
Most of the time you just have to show your QR code.
I definitely recommend this if you're a first-timer in SG

Reviews: Sentosa Fun Discovery Pass [Access to Popular Attractions]

After purchasing a ticket, you will receive a QR code. Attractions that require reservations require a separate reservation. Attractions that do not require reservations can be entered using the QR code provided. When I showed my ticket to the entrance staff one day before my flight, I was told I needed a separate ticket and was denied entry. When I returned to the hotel and asked the staff, they looked into the matter and explained that I didn't need to purchase a separate ticket. Normally, Harry Potter costs 40 tokens. On the day I returned, I was able to enter without any problems. However, the front desk informed me that today was a peak day and the price had changed to 65 tokens. I purchased tickets for 60 and 95, totaling 130 tokens for two people, but they said they couldn't combine them. I paid SGD 5 at the pass counter at a nearby station, changed the 60 ticket to 65, and then went back to the entrance. The entrance staff told me I couldn't enter with my ticket. I was confused, but a front desk staff member came out and finally let me in. It turns out that the entrance staff, both the day before and the day itself, were unaware of this pass system. I was supposed to enter for 40 tokens, but since it was the next day, I ended up using them on a peak day when prices had gone up. I tried to use up the remaining 30 tokens on my 95 token ticket by buying ice cream at the shop, but was told they weren't valid. I ended up leaving without using 30 tokens (worth SG30). Since the pass originally included a discount, I calculated it as essentially the same as the admission price, so I didn't lose anything. However, I spent the whole night researching and paying, and then ended up throwing away 30 tokens. I ended up spending precious time researching the night pool, so I felt like I wasted precious time. Since there's no display of remaining tokens even after using them, you need to keep track of the tokens for each attraction by notepad. It's important to be aware that some local staff may not know how to use the pass, and some restaurants on Sentosa Island don't accept it, so it's a good idea to research thoroughly beforehand.
We used this card for four days. We rode buses and the metro. Everything was fine. If you travel a lot, it's very convenient.

Stopover on Christmas Day; the reception staff were very friendly and attentive to every request. The seasonal Lychee beer is highly recommended.

The elderly appreciated the comfortable travel experience, as they were able to reach the tourist attractions without having to travel too long. However, 4 hours was not enough time, so they suggested extending the trip by an extra hour to facilitate shopping.
