If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

A fee of 80% will be charged for cancellations requested before 11:59 PM on the day of date of use.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

In case of bad weather and other force majeure, the park may change the operation times of its amusement rides or the performance times without prior notice, and may cancel certain amusement rides and performances. Any price difference must be paid for. If the new price is lower than the original price, the excess will be refunded.

For multi-person tours, the booker or the representative of the group should confirm that all other travelers have authorized them to be their representative for signing the contract. Other travelers must also acknowledge the authorized representative's signature on the tour contract and its appendices. If you do not have such authorization, please do not make the booking/sign the contract on behalf of others.
