If clothing or props are rented, please pay the deposit at the designated location as instructed and process the deposit refund on-site after the shoot.

[Booking Query] Please contact customer support in advance and provide details such as the shooting destination, date, package, and number of people.

 

[Costume & Makeup] Some packages include costume and makeup services, with one outfit per person. Upgrading to cloak rental requires an additional fee. If you need a makeup artist for follow-up services, please notify us at least 1 day in advance and pay the price difference. For costume and prop rentals, please pay the deposit at the designated location and return the items by 17:00 on the same day to process the deposit refund.

 

[Group Creation] A communication group will be created 1 day before the shoot to discuss photography ideas, meeting locations, etc. with the photographer.

 

[Timing] The session starts counting from the scheduled time and cannot be split. Time continues to count during scene changes, outfit changes, breaks, etc. No refunds or additional shooting time will be provided for delays caused by the guest. If the guest voluntarily cancels the shoot, no refund will be issued.

 

After the photo shoot, simply edited photos will be provided within 24 hours. After you select the photos, retouched photos will be provided within 7 working days.

 

[Satisfaction] If you have any questions about the photographer's work on the shooting day, please communicate with the photographer or customer support promptly to resolve them. You can check the photos in the photographer's camera at any time during the shoot. If you're not satisfied, please raise it immediately for a reshoot. Feedback after the fact will not be addressed.

 

In case of force majeure such as bad weather on the scheduled shooting day that prevents the session from proceeding as planned, resulting in the cancellation of your booking by the merchant, this will not be considered the merchant's fault. Our studio will actively work with you to reschedule the photoshoot for a later date.

 

The package does not include bringing your own wedding dress, formal attire, suit, veil, etc. If you need light wedding photography, wedding photography, or commercial photography, please inform us in advance before placing your order. Otherwise, the photographer reserves the right to refuse shooting or withhold delivery of photos.

 

[Important Notes] Please book your admission tickets in advance, bring relevant documents, plan your transportation, and keep your phone accessible. Avoid dangerous areas when taking photos to prevent accidents. Keep your valuables safe to avoid loss. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the shoot. Any damage to the photographer's equipment due to human error will require compensation at the full price.
