Stop at: Tenuta San Mauro - Winery
Details: He sits next to Barolo, the 'King of the wines', the Barbaresco, often known as the 'Queen of the wines'.
It comes from grapes harvested in four small towns in the Cuneo area, and from three different nebbiolo biotypes such as Michet, Lampia and Rosè.
After the aging process in oak woods from 12 to 24 months, and a further refinement in the bottle, we want to dedicate you a tasting to the discovery of the various labels:
- Barbaresco vintage 2014
- Barbaresco Canova 2015 vintage
- Barbaresco Canova Riserva vintage 2013
In the nineteenth-century Court, an exhibition of tractors and vintage motorcycles can be observed.
Everything will be accompanied by combinations with typical local products, cold cuts and cheeses.
