I was worried that there was no review, but the cruise was good and everything with the service was consistent. Trip.com customer center is so convenient to consult at all times. The bus from Hanoi was also comfortable and satisfied. However, it was a very difficult journey for children to take a bus at 7 o'clock and take a bus around Hanoi for an hour and a half, picking people up and getting off at the port in 4 hours after taking the bus. Everything is good except that. The bus and cruise guides were so friendly. By the way, the minibar (except water and coffee) and drinks in the room are all charged.★

It was a comfortable and fulfilling trip. Starting from Hanoi and heading to Ha Long Bay, the minivan was definitely the most comfortable option. The massage chairs relieved the fatigue of the long journey. Once in Ha Long Bay, our guide, Xiao Ying, provided commentary throughout the trip and acted as our photographer, taking thousands of photos which she sent to us via WeChat, ensuring we had group photos of all the scenery – a very thoughtful service.★

We were picked up from our hotel promptly in the morning. A minibus carrying 18 passengers departed. The cruise ship was indeed luxurious, with a small pool on the second floor, perfect for the kids to enjoy while cruising. The lunch buffet was quite good, just enough to fill you up. We visited all three attractions. We took a bamboo raft through a cave filled with wild monkeys. It was a good idea to bring some extra fruit with you to feed the monkeys. On the return trip, we enjoyed the sunset and a simple meal before arriving at the pier, where we were picked up by our usual shuttle. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.★

The tour was excellent, as was the organization of the entire trip.
Mr. Thanh was polite and attentive.
The transportation to and from the port was very convenient and comfortable.
The boat/vessel for the cruise was wonderful.
The buffet had a wide selection of dishes.
The boat cruise itself was amazing, despite a light rain.
There was one issue with the transfer fee to and from the port. The description initially suggests a car transfer, you book the tour (without any information about the transfer option), and after booking, you discover that you need to arrange a transfer for an additional fee. This is not entirely accurate information in the tour description. Therefore, it would be a good idea to include a description of additional options. And despite minor misunderstandings, it did not spoil the good mood or the quality of the service provided.
The trip was wonderful. We highly recommend it.
