It was a wonderful tour. We were greeted promptly at the reception by our guide, who was very well-organized, friendly, and knowledgeable. Along the way, he explained a lot, describing the different cultures in the smaller villages and buying us bananas from a local vendor. At Paradise Valley, the guide catered completely to our wishes and needs. This hike is not recommended for older people or those with physical limitations.

The pilot was fantastic, beening in the clouds seeing the sunset was amazing, it would of been nice to get some photos of the balloon up and in the basket before setting off.

A beautiful excursion to a stunning location, with a pleasant swim in the natural pools of the valley's springs (be careful, it's slippery!). However, it's not for everyone; it involves a good half-hour walk, first downhill and then uphill, on paths that are rocky in places.

First time learning to surf! Customer service representative Yaling responded quickly; the price was reasonable. The surf school was easy to find; instructor Darryl was professional, patient, and enthusiastic; I had a very rewarding and enjoyable experience! I'll definitely schedule more time during my 2024 annual leave to surf for a few more days!

I was convinced there was no way I would be able to get up on a board, but I did! Our whole crew had a fantastic time. In added bonus is there is a photographer to catch the proof! We are considering going back just to rent the surf gear and going back out on our own! Mahalo!


