1. This product has the same price for adults and children.

2. Baggage requirements:

One piece of hand luggage (dimensions 42 x 30 x 18 cm, weight limit 7 kg)

One large suitcase (80 x 50 x 30 cm, maximum weight 20 kg)

For security reasons, please store your hand luggage in the overhead compartment above your seat. Please ensure that all your luggage is labeled with your name and address to avoid any confusion.

When boarding the bus, please cooperate with the driver to store large suitcases in the luggage compartment.

3. If you need additional baggage allowance, please contact our customer service.

1. Tickets are issued under a real-name identification. Please be sure to carefully fill in the name and passport number of each traveler when placing an order;

2. No need to redeem ticket, print paper tickets and scan the QR code to board the bus directly;

3. Please note your desired departure time when placing an order to avoid affecting ticket issuance;

4. On the day of travel, please arrive at the station at least 20 minutes in advance.
