If a cancellation request is submitted before 4:00 PM, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 4:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 11:59 PM on the day of date of use.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Validity period: Valid only on the date selected at the time of reservation.

At Tohoku Tiger Garden, please be sure to follow the guide's instructions and do not open the windows of the tour bus or expose your body to the outside.

Please wear comfortable shoes such as sneakers and clothes that are easy to move in.

After December, the temperature can drop to nearly -30℃ at night, so please be sure to bring warm clothing, as well as hats, scarves, masks, ear hooks, gloves, and body warmers.
