Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Getting There
- By car: From the south, just head onto the motorway and follow the sign ‘Paris’. From the north, follow ‘Metz/Nancy’ on the A4 motorway or the A104 (la Francielienne)
- By Region RER Train: Get off at Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy station, a 2-minute walk from Disneyland Park, Walt Disney Studios Park, and Disney Village
Entry Requirements
- In line with French government guidance, face masks are no longer required but remain recommended at Disneyland Paris as of March 2 for experiences such as the parade and nighttime spectacular "Disney Illuminations".
- In line with the latest French government guidance, as of Monday, March 14, Vaccine Pass and Health Pass are not required anymore to access Disneyland Paris.
