It was my first time picking and frying tea leaves myself. It was such an interesting experience. Thank you to our tour guide, Xiao Xu, for taking us all the way. The explanations were very clear and attentive. The aunt was very enthusiastic. It was a great feeling to sit in the teahouse and enjoy the tea.★

We loved it as tour guide is skiilful in navigating through the itineraries despite the weather (we visited Huxueyan mansion first as it was raining and went to Xihu later on when the weather cleared up). Not sure if it's because if timing change, most of the time the place we visited is not crowded at all and it really felt like super private tour! No hard selling and the restaurant recommended in Xihu is very very nice.★

Easy to book and QR code tickets were sent the day before through both trip.com and WhatsApp. Instructions and address of venue was clearly provided. The show was visually beautiful and overall entertaining. Only feedback is that the ballet scene did not match up in providing impressions of the west lake and Hangzhou.★
