Stop at: Porta Messina
Details: Meeting at the Porta Messina Restaurant besides the Porta Messina Arch, the activity starts with a briefing over a coffee break with the explanation of the local ingredients. The Chef will illustrate the recipes in program and the preparation and the cooking of the food will then start. The hand-made pasta represents the highlight of the activity. Once the dishes are prepared, everybody is invited to the table for the typical festivity lunch with local wines. At the end of the activity, each participant will receive a certificate and an autographed apron as a souvenir of this special day.
