Our snowy trip to the Mutianyu Great Wall was absolutely magical. Seeing the Great Wall blanketed in white snow was a breathtaking wow moment—I completely fell in love. The bus arrived on time, and our tour guide Amelia explained everything clearly on the way, which made us feel prepared and at ease. She also explained the different routes on the wall and gave us the option to choose, which we really appreciated. The countryside buffet included with our ticket was delicious and comforting—something I would happily choose over Burger King or Subway. We also loved the optional Great Wall certificate as a meaningful keepsake. The cable car ride going up was a bit scary, but the ride down was smooth and enjoyable. We’re very glad we chose Mutianyu over Badaling. There was a small misunderstanding about an earlier bus departure, but the lady organizer handled it kindly and professionally, personally apologizing and making sure everything went smoothly. The experience was surreal!

An amazing day spent at the Great Wall. The Zanbus was a really convenient service, their host Maggie was very knowledgeable and provided a great buffet recommendation too. I would have liked a little more time at the Wall but this was nonetheless a very pleasant day.

Sister Shi (our guide) is an exceptionally kind person. She was patient and meticulous throughout the trip, providing informative and engaging explanations of the sights. She proactively checked on everyone's well-being, helped with luggage, recommended authentic local cuisine, and helped us avoid common pitfalls. Traveling with her was incredibly worry-free, and my wonderful trip was all thanks to her! Because I bought a student ticket, customer service handled issues and refunded the price difference very promptly. Highly recommended!!!

I took advantage of the long holiday to plan a trip to Beijing with my mother, and the Great Wall was a must-see. After comparing several travel agencies on Ctrip, I finally chose Busida. The night before departure, our guide, Sabrina Liu, called to inform us of the meeting details and arranged a minibus so the trip could proceed as scheduled. On the way to Mutianyu Great Wall, I was pleasantly surprised to see Guide Liu provide a smooth bilingual commentary in both Chinese and English. Her English accent was fluent and authentic. Throughout the trip, Guide Liu was also very attentive and considerate, responding to the needs and questions of the different passengers on the minibus. After arriving at the Great Wall, we rode the cable car together, and she even kindly helped us take photos. Undoubtedly, choosing Busida for this Great Wall tour was a very reassuring decision; And I also want to thank Guide Liu for her warm hospitality, which made this trip so memorable. Both my mother and I have a very good impression of her. Highly recommended!


