Kinga was great, and the social experience of this whole thing was worth the trip. She taught us some basic cutting skills, etc. that can transfer to any type of cooking. The chicken paprikash looked really good in the photos, but in real life, it turned out to be a little bland. I was really hoping for a good recipe to take back home, but I had expected Hungarian food to have more flavor.
