So kind, super attentive, she advised us on the best routes and what we should see – incredibly thoughtful! Booked through Trip as it was cheaper than booking directly. Booking process itself is very easy – choose departure or pickup point, date and pay, and you get a ticket which is a valid for an entire day (so you can use it at any time throughout the day, which is really convenient). Journey itself was good too, good driver, other staff members were very lovely too.


