Hatsune was a wonderful guide. She was funny, friendly and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to ensure we were all happy and taken care of. The trip is a tad over priced for what you actually do and see.

Reviews: From Tokyo: Day Trip to Shirakawago & Kanazawa

Jorge was an incredible guide and Yamafujisan a great driver. The best guide I have had in Japan so far. He made the day amazing. Super Informations, super program, funny, kind, helpful, top top top. It was a long day but very worthy. The only one thing that a nightmare is, to get the physical shinkansen train ticket. I would suggest everyone to better buy it for themselves.
