I took the Clear Glass Cruise with my parents. The cruise itself was very satisfying. The price includes a 4-course dinner and wine pairing, but other beverages must be paid for separately. The portions were larger than expected, so we left feeling completely full. The staff were all very friendly, and I was especially glad to meet a Korean staff member. The night view was stunning, and it was nice that there weren't many people on the day of the trip, so it wasn't crowded. I originally booked a Show Boat Cruise, but due to incorrect information provided by the travel agency and a communication error, I ended up boarding a different cruise. I was initially flustered because it wasn't the product I had purchased, but I felt relieved when Trip.com Customer Service responded quickly, followed up on the issue, and promised to request the travel agency to rectify the situation to prevent such incidents from happening again. The cruise itself was truly satisfying. If I have the chance, I would like to try the Show Boat as well. I highly recommend this to anyone traveling with their parents.

Exceeded our expectations. Food was amazing and very well presented. Drinks were plentiful , all staff were very welcoming and friendly and boat was very clean and spacious. Had a great evening made more special by the fireworks as we were coming under the Harbour Bridge 😀

We enjoyed our dinner cruise very much. The food and service were excellent. Seeing the harbor, Opera House, and bridges from the water was great. The fireworks over the Opera House were spectacular. Highly recommended!

The 20-minute timer actually lasted 27 minutes, no exaggeration whatsoever. The weather was fantastic that day, and the aerial view of Sydney Harbour was spectacular! We were also lucky enough to spot whales over Diamond Bay.
