Our tour guide, Victoria, was absolutely fantastic! Her trilingual (Chinese, English, Japanese) explanations were amazing, and she was incredibly patient in answering questions. It was a truly wonderful trip!!! Thanks to her, the trip was amazing!!!
The itinerary was also very well-planned; we had plenty of time in Otaru to properly explore each place.
Especially in Hokkaido, a place with limited transportation but abundant natural beauty, choosing this tour was a wise decision! The bus was so convenient; I'd give it 10 stars, but I can only give it 5 at most. Overall, I highly recommend it!!!★

Autumn here is absolutely breathtaking for its stunning fall foliage! Riding the cable car or chairlift, you'll be surrounded by layers upon layers of golden forests, transitioning from green to yellow and red, against a backdrop of blue sky and white clouds – the view is incredibly expansive and expansive. Whether you're taking the large cable car to overlook the magnificent valleys and mountains or enjoying the immersive feeling of being surrounded by the forest in an open chairlift, the experience is fantastic. I highly recommend planning a fall foliage viewing trip here; the scenery is absolutely worth the price of admission!★

Excellent! Perfect for someone like me who wants to see everything, saving me the trouble of planning transportation and the anxiety of waiting for buses. Our guide, Xiao Liu, was very humorous and recommended good restaurants. There were no forced purchases, but with so many places to visit, we felt a little rushed.★

Of the local small tours I've taken, this one was relatively professional and punctual. The bus was new, the seating was well-arranged, and the guide was very experienced and could share some local recommendations. While there were some imperfections, ***************** I must specifically point this out, otherwise such sensitive issues could easily cause unpleasantness.
Special thanks to our guide, Oscar! He was enthusiastic, professional, and easy-going, fluent in three languages, and very considerate of tourists of different ages, countries, and regions! He made recommendations and knew what everyone wanted. Although I felt there was some subtle sales pitching involved, I suppose that's part of the travel agency's job; there was no pressure or discomfort. I hope to have the opportunity to meet him again in the future.
