[Huaqing Palace: Operating hours: 07:00‑18:00] This product does not include in-park commentary; it only includes the admission ticket to the attraction and the Song of Everlasting Sorrow admission ticket. You need to go to Huaqing Palace on your own and scan your passport for entry. After 3:00 PM, you can collect your Song of Everlasting Sorrow show admission ticket at the east gate of Huaqing Palace!

Song of Everlasting Sorrow show/concert ticket is non-refundable and non-changeable after being issued on the day of the show. Seats are randomly assigned by the system and adjacent seating is not guaranteed. Please consider carefully before placing your order if this is a concern!

After the show ends, gather at the Huaqing Palace parking lot. Customer support will send the license plate number before the show starts. For the return trip, be sure to contact customer support in advance to make a reservation.

The return vehicle has three drop-off points: ① Shijiajie subway ② Wulukou ③ Bell Tower. During peak seasons such as Labor Day, National Day, and Spring Festival holidays, the attraction experiences heavy traffic and long queues, resulting in a late return to the city. The return time may be delayed. If you have same-day travel arrangements (e.g., bus, train, high-speed rail, or flight), we suggest arranging your departure for the following day.
