Great trip to the central crater with two teenagers. The guides know the mountain extremely well. We were lucky with the weather — check the forecast and pick a sunny day before you book. At the meeting point there are several kiosks where you can buy snacks, gloves, bandanas (recommended). Hiking boots, hiking poles and windbreakers are available from the tour operator. The drive in a 4x4 is already impressive; then you hike up to the summit. We had a great time!★

Our guide, Carmelo, was very friendly and paid close attention to each individual in the group. He provided us with a wealth of information about Mount Etna and the local botanical gardens. The atmosphere within the group was very relaxed, and the time flew by. I highly recommend this tour.★

Cant thank you enough for this amazing trip, we were just two of us so we had to pay extra so we were hesitant to have it private but it was worth every penny !! What an experience ! We stopped around 4-5 stops but i got too scared for the ocean swim but my husband didnt he enjoyed everybit, there was also paddling board which I enjoyed alot and also having fresh made pasta by your captain was just super romantic !! Hundred thousand percent recommend this boat trip!!! Grazie mille !!★

Boat tour with a great atmosphere and beautiful locations; we went in the water 4 or 5 times, relaxed time was allotted for this, the guide spoke English and Italian, and we were a small, pleasant group, unlike on other boats I've seen in the area :)★

Our guide was fantastic! The history of the surrounding villages and the explanations throughout our excursion were all excellent—easily 5 stars. I learned so much about Mount Etna. I highly recommend this excursion 😊
