Reviews: Madrid: Royal Palace Skip-the-Line Guided Tour
Guest User2026-10-19
Probably one of the best tours we’ve done the guide Benito was fantastic and did a great job narrating all the important stuff. The palace itself is stunningly beautiful inside. We did not visit the gardens since the weather was awful.

Hamza, Katriell, and Lotfi were excellent guides. We loved all the places they took us, we had a lot of fun, and everything was very safe. I highly recommend them.

Reviews: Madrid: Small-Group Royal Palace Guided Tour (Up to 8)
Guest User2026-10-14
Our guide Manuel was friendly, very knowledgeable and made the Royal Palace tour very enjoyable. Although it was a fast walk from the office to the palace, once there, the pace slowed down to view the Palace at a slow pace so as to view and take photos of the rooms sufficiently.

If there’s one suggestion I can give, start with the purple line for historical. Then go blue for modern Madrid. Worth the experience.

I booked the 6 PM show, and it wasn't too crowded yet, but the moment I walked in, it felt fantastic. The service was very warm and welcoming, and the complimentary drinks were especially delicious. I'm really looking forward to the next show.

Our guide for our tour was Jean and he was fantastic. He was very important and had so much knowledge of the area. Nothing was too much trouble at all and he suggested that we contact afterwards too, if we required any further information- would highly recommend
