Syracuse: Cook family recipes with Teresa

Until the end of October, the classes are held at the villa at the following address: Via Isole Molucche, Arenella.
Join Teresa in the kitchen of her city apartment for a traditional Sicilian cooking class. The experience lasts three hours in total. You'll learn how to prepare a typical Sicilian meal (three recipes) of the kind that people make together with their families, or three types of local fresh pasta if you prefer (please indicate your preference). Classes are also available in English, at 10:00 a.m. or 4:00 p.m. every day, including public holidays.
The experience is fun, relaxing, informative about local products, and rewarding because you'll easily learn new skills, such as how to make fresh pasta or the basics of Sicilian cooking. The class is ideal for anyone who wants to cook Sicilian food in an easy and effective way. You'll get recipes to take home to cook with your family.
If you wish, before the morning cooking class, at 8:45 a.m., Teresa will shop for the class with a guided tour (extra) of the Ortigia market. Discover local aromas, flavors and interesting facts, tips on buying the best products, food tastings and interesting facts about local food. If you also book this one-hour tour (extra €50), breakfast is included, and Teresa will give you a selection of family recipes (in English).
