Melonie was amazing, no complaints at all. Even though the weather was not ideal, she kept her cool, and was very nice to everyone. The meeting point was easy to find, she sent very thoughtful instructions on WhatsApp before our visit. We connected on WeChat so if someone got lost they could call her and if we had any questions she answered patiently. She sends additional info on what to see, where to go, where to eat etc.★

The local travel agency was very responsible, maintaining constant communication before the trip and arranging the entire day's itinerary. They picked us up from the hotel on time, and the tour guide provided thorough and detailed explanations, from which I learned a great deal. Divina was a great (and hilarious!) guide and made the long bus ride go by fast. I have done other sections of the Great Wall before but really wanted to try Jinshanling and found that this was one of the most reasonably priced and easy to schedule tours to do so! Would highly recommend and definitely will consider other Zanbus tours in the future!★
