We were promptly meet by Mr. K every morning. He was an exceptional guide and showed us everything we wanted to see on Jeju Island. He went out of his way to insure we had a great time. The best photos of our trip were taken by him. He was able to get us to do some unique poses. If you want a memorable trip to Jeju island this is a must!★

The driving was excellent and safe, and the guidance was perfect. The only downside was that it took a little longer than expected to buy horse oil at the folk village, but everything else was wonderful! The driver shared many stories about Jeju Island, and he was very handsome, which delighted the ladies! Thank you for sending us photos as well. The vehicle was also very spacious and comfortable. We had an absolutely fantastic trip yesterday! The whole experience was very well organized, informative, and enjoyable from start to finish. We learned a lot about Jeju, the local culture, and the places we visited.
The Lunch was also really good and made the experience even better. But the real highlight was our guide, Jeju-Mama Elin. She was absolutely outstanding, knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and incredibly passionate about Jeju. She made the whole trip feel personal and special.★

Excursions on MSC ships are very expensive, so I started looking for an alternative. The excursion was wonderful. A couple of days before the excursion, I was added to a WhatsApp group and then sent the guide's phone number. Paul contacted us on the day of arrival and met us at the terminal with a sign. The excursion was private; we were the only other guests in the group. We were given a bottle of water in the car, and we headed out to see the main sights. At each point, we were given time to wander around, and they even treated us to some amazing mandaoine sorbet at the tables. At the market, they recommended things to try. We arrived on the ship on time. I definitely recommend the excursion!★

Our guide was Chloe and she is very friendly and professional. Everything was arranged very well. We had a lovely time exploring the impressive lava tube, watching the diving show, picking tangerines, on the beach, etc. Every location is so beautiful and we’re glad we’ve been able to see it. The village chief was one of the highlights, it’s impressive how he learned English and he is so funny. No regrets taking this tour.
