I had the most amazing driver on this experience. I would definitely book again. He was so professional nice major was comfortable my whole ride, even though he didn’t speak English that was no problem. We even got tea because when you go on the Great Wall on Friday, they do free tea tasting and that was amazing and then afterwards we did a fruit stop and the Great Wall itself was a beautiful experience as well.★

Because of the small group size and my limited time, we could only visit these two places in one day. The trip was divided into two parts. The tour guide took us to Mutianyu by taxi in the middle, and we returned by bus in the evening. Overall, it was okay. Due to time constraints, we didn't get to see the Treasure Gallery or get our stamps. On the second day of the holiday, there was a lot of traffic. What usually takes 1.5 hours took more than 2 hours, so we didn't get back to the Olympic Sports Center until 8:30 pm. The number of people at the Forbidden City was acceptable. Mutianyu was fantastic, the scenery was truly beautiful. Only the watchtowers at No. 14 and No. 17 required a wait; the rest were fine.★

The guide for the Forbidden city was wonderful. Our tour guide was Icy and she told us so many additional stories and unknown things 😀 The transportation to the Great Wall was also well organised and the guide help us to book tickets for the cable car. Do NOT buy tickets for the cable car/chair lift or anything online before that. They will not accept it. It's better to buy everything from there when you arrive.
