Reviews: Konavle Valley Wine Tasting from Dubrovnik with Light Lunch
Guest User2024-08-27
Gorgeous, picturesque vineyard. Tasted 2 whites, a rose, a red and a desert wine. The whites were amazing and on sale in the house at the end of the tour. The nibbles were also very nice, bread served with different meats and olives. Because of the heat, our guide suggested we go to a small river nearby instead of the trip to Cavtat. It was definitely the right call as the river was amazing, more like a step-down waterfall. Stunning place with a restaurant next to it whereby you can sit in the shade and have a coffee. Overall, a wonderful trip!

Reviews: Montenegro Day Trip & Kotor Bay Short Boat Cruise
Guest User2026-09-29
This was worth the trip. The line at the border did take some time, but I did not feel like the trip was super rushed because of it. We got to see quite a bit in just a day

Reviews: Montenegro Tour with Optional Kotor Bay Boat Cruise
Guest User2026-09-14
overall the trip was excellent. major downside was the procedure at the Croatian border where there are not enough border guards for coaches. one guard to deal with 40 people who have to get off the coach takes an inordinate of time and is worse when there are a number of coaches to process. so what was stated as 11 hour trip turned into 12 with over 4 hours at the border. I have cancelled a subsequent trip to Bosnia just because of this. also regarding the guide, it would have been useful if she carried a pole with a recognisable sign so she would have been clearly visible. many other guides did this. when there is a throng of people she was not easy to find. Also Kotor is not the place to visit in the summer, too many visitors, especially when there is a cruise ship in dock. Apparently end October is a better time to go with less crowds. I would return to Montenegro but o ly by flying direct.
