Our tour guide, Paggie, was very attentive. She provided explanations of the attractions in both Chinese and English on the bus and was also very helpful in assisting our elderly family members with getting on and off the bus and meeting their various needs. The time allotted at the scenic spots was also perfectly arranged, allowing us to comfortably complete the trip. Lake Biwa is truly beautiful; taking a day tour for a relaxing and unwinding experience is a great choice!★

Overall, the day trip was a great experience. Our guide/driver, Kangfu, was punctual, the vehicle was clean, and the driving was smooth. He explained the background information about the attractions along the way, was familiar with the local routes, the time was well-planned, communication was smooth throughout, and he was very friendly, making the trip exceptionally worry-free. Oscar, our guide, was excellent in both English and Chinese, providing detailed explanations and taking care of everyone in the group! The overall itinerary was well-paced, with a well-planned route that made the trip enjoyable without being tiring. The guide led us through the interior and exterior of Nijo Castle. In Arashiyama, he guided us to the entrance of the bamboo grove; at Kinkaku-ji and Fushimi Inari, he led us to the entrance of the scenic area, explaining the route, time, and pick-up point. It was fantastic! Although we booked a 46-person group due to the heat, it was actually a small group with a guide and driver. Excellent value for money, great value for money, and very convenient to get on and off at Kyoto Station. Thank you! We also met another guide, Gao, plus a very knowledgeable international student! He helped take care of the Chinese-speaking tourists in the group and took photos for us. Thank you! My husband got along very well with him.★

The itinerary was leisurely, the Nara deer were adorable, the Togetsukyo Bridge was stunning, and Kinkaku-ji Temple was dazzling with gold. Unfortunately, it was already late when we arrived at Fushimi Inari. The tour was bilingual (English and Chinese) that day, and our guide, Nick, explained everything very diligently, starting in English and then switching to Chinese later. He provided a lot of supplementary information about the attractions, and I highly recommend him!
