We set off under the stars at dawn.
After sunrise, the misty forest gradually dissipated, revealing Lonely Planet.
Semeru slowly emerged as a mushroom cloud in the distance.
Our guide, Kiki, was exceptionally responsible and excellent, proactively offering his services. He helped carry all our bags when he saw us taking photos, even bringing his own geography textbook! His photography skills were top-notch, and he knew all the popular photo spots like the back of his hand. The driver was great; he drove the jeep all the way to the railing, so we barely walked to and from the observation deck. The wait at the coffee shop wasn't long, and being indoors for a while kept us warm. We managed our time well, arriving back at the airport at 2 PM just in time to check in for our 3:30 PM flight. ๐๐พ๐๐พ๐๐พโ

Because of time constraints, we booked a day trip to Bromo at the last minute. Customer service responded quickly and patiently arranged everything for us. The driver arrived at the hotel promptly in the early morning to pick us up. The car was spacious and comfortable, and they even thoughtfully provided cushions and drinking water. The driver was incredibly kind, helping us take photos throughout the trip and taking excellent care of us during the hike. A super positive review!โ

A very attentive and cheerful guide! And the driver drove well. We had a delicious meal, and he asked what we wanted. He speaks good English and is very kind! We really enjoyed everything! He took us on a different route where there were fewer people so we could take photos!โ

I checked many tour groups, but none of them offered day trips to Bromo and Sewu. My companion wanted to see both in one day, so I chose this company. We stayed in the city center, so we set off early. The driver was incredibly enthusiastic ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ. My bag was heavy, and he offered to carry it for me. He accompanied us the whole way. I didn't check the weather forecast beforehand, and it rained that day, so I missed the sunrise, which was a little disappointing. But the next day, the driver actually sent me the photos he had taken, which touched me deeply. Although the itinerary was tight (at our request), it was incredibly enjoyable. I booked all three of my tours with this company, and the customer service representative was also excellent; I really liked her. For Sewu Falls, I recommend bringing an extra set of clothes because the air is very misty. Our guide at Sewu Falls was also amazing; he took over 400 photos for us without charging a cent ๐ฅบ๐ฅบ๐ฅบ๐ฅบ๐ฅบ. My companion and I were so happy that we gave him a small tip. We didn't bring many clothes, and we caught a slight chill and a cold when we got back. We had some medicine bought at the front desk, which was very helpful, but I still hope everyone will bring an extra layer if they go. We also went horseback riding. I rode a rainbow white horse, my first time riding, but I was quite steady. All the guides and drivers on this day tour were excellent. Although we didn't see the sunrise, we still had a great day. Oh, and our Jump van driver was also great at taking photos; he even gave me posing tips and took a bunch of pictures with my camera โ fantastic! ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป Surabaya was a lot of fun, and I would definitely go again if I had the chance. I still have other volcanoes to see, so I highly recommend this tour!!!โ

A perfect trip. Our small group of six, a mix of European and Asian people, meant we didn't have a lot of interaction, but everyone was very friendly, and the whole trip was enjoyable. Our tour guide was enthusiastic, attentive, and patient, providing all the necessary services and running errands diligently.
The vehicle was also in good conditionโspacious, with powerful air conditioning, a smooth and safe ride.๎ฅ
