Reviews: Japan Izu Jogasaki Coast + Matcha Pudding Mountain + Seaside Train 1-day tour

Booked a day trip bcs we wanted to go to Shizuoka. When booing the trip, I specifically requested for halal/Muslim-friendly food recommendations. Our tour guide, Zhao, was very helpful in ensuring we manage to get Muslim-friendly food. He's also very knowledgeable about the places he brings us to and quite funny 😂. We enjoyed the trip a lot, exploring the beauty of Izu. Thank you, Zhao for all the explanations, guidance and assistance provided. Highly recommended 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Reviews: Izu Omuroyama Day Tour from Tokyo: Mt. Omuro & Izu Shaboten Zoo & Resort 21 oceanview train & Jogasaki Coast (Join-in Small Group Max 9 | Hotel Pick-up Option)

A perfect day trip! Pick-up and drop-off were punctual. The driver, Suzuki, was handsome, talkative, and a skilled driver; he was also a good photographer. The itinerary was well-planned, but we encountered heavy fog and light rain, so we couldn't see anything on Mount Omuro. I would recommend it to friends.

Reviews: Day Trip to Mt. Omuro, Jogasaki Coast, and Coastal Highway in Izu, Japan [Includes Mt. Omuro Cable Car]
Guest User2026-10-07
The tour guide provided professional and clear explanations, and took meticulous care of everyone, worried that we might get sunburned or tired while queuing. He also thoughtfully reminded us where to take photos. He was friendly and fun, and the driver drove very steadily. It was the most wonderful day trip we have ever experienced!

Reviews: 1-day tour to Izu Kyuko Line + Jogasaki Coast, including train tickets
Guest User2026-09-21
The beauty of Izu makes you want to return again and again. This time, taking advantage of a break in the continuous rainy days, we chose the only sunny day and booked a day tour. We arrived at the meeting point early in the morning and boarded the bus. Our guide, Hu Xufeng, provided explanations throughout the tour, switching between Chinese and English. He was very attentive and responsible, and the itinerary was well-organized. We even managed to catch the Kurofune train on time for a sea-viewing experience. The most regrettable part of the entire trip was that the main attraction, Mount Omuro, was closed due to strong winds. Our driver, Mr. Xue, not wanting us to leave disappointed, specially drove back to the foot of Mount Omuro after the entire tour was over so everyone could take photos. We are very grateful to Guide Hu and Mr. Xue for their care throughout the trip, and we were also fortunate to have met every punctual member of the group, which ensured the tour was completed on schedule.
