The exchange process at the dock counter was so-so; because there weren't many people exchanging money, the counter staff weren't very familiar with the process. Actually, you can just pay directly at the restaurant, which is more convenient than buying vouchers. Overall, it's a pretty good beef restaurant. When it's crowded, you might have to wait or make a reservation. When we went, it was full as soon as we sat down. The best dish was definitely the freshly sliced, still-warm beef. It was incredibly tender, with no gamey taste, cooked quickly, and very smooth when cooked in the broth. It was also delicious dipped in a ginger and vinegar sauce. The other dishes weren't as outstanding as the still-warm beef, but they were still good accompaniments. The taro and beef balls were delicious, and the cabbage was sweet and refreshing; choosing your own combinations was a good idea.

Everything went smoothly! The boat sailed smoothly without any rocking that made me feel uncomfortable. The staff were quick and friendly. If you need to go to Xiamen, this is a great option!

The package deal was very well organized, and everything from booking to ticket collection and boarding was incredibly convenient! Purchasing both air and ferry tickets at once saved the hassle of separate bookings and confirmations, and the on-site coordination was also very smooth. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is extremely time-saving and hassle-free for travelers going to Xiamen via Kinmen. Highly recommended!

The overall itinerary is quite tight, with long travel times, so be prepared. However, if you only want a day trip for photos, it's definitely worth it, as everything is included and you don't need to worry about anything. The driver picked us up on time in the morning, and we only waited half an hour to board the ship. A car was also arranged to pick us up after we arrived in Penida. The driver was a good driver, and our guide, Fitri, spoke good Chinese and was a great photographer. Even though I was traveling alone, she was more eager to take photos than I was, and she took many pictures of me. The guide queued up at each attraction and then called us to take photos when we arrived – a big plus. Lunch was so-so. On the ship, I recommend sitting under the fan; it gets a bit hot without air conditioning.

There are no signs at the metro exit. The internet promised shuttles, but there were none. A random Chinese guy took me on a moped. I dreamed of looking at the scenery from the deck. But everyone was riding inside, and the glass got splashed. The reason I took the ferry didn't work out.
