Setting off in the early morning may require a brief early rise, but it allows you to avoid crowds at the attraction, ascend the golden summit at ease, and immerse yourself in the breathtaking morning spectacle of sea of clouds and buddha's halo.

After arriving at Mount Emei attraction, transfer to the sightseeing bus (round-trip 90 CNY/person, at your own expense) to reach the final stop at Leidongping sightseeing bus terminal.

After arriving at the Leidongping sightseeing bus, you'll need to hike for 40 min to [Jieyin Hall] to take the Mount Emei Golden Summit cableway, accompanied by a Mount Emei attraction guide who will provide explanations.

The golden summit boasts four natural wonders: sunrise, sea of clouds, Buddha's halo, and sacred lights. At dawn, the rising sun pierces through the sea of clouds, gilding the entire mountaintop in golden hues. Occasionally, a rainbow-colored Buddha's halo appears around midday.

After visiting the Golden Summit, the guide will accompany you down the mountain. Take the Golden Summit cable car back to Jieyin Temple, then walk down to Leidongping to take the sightseeing bus down the mountain.

Arrive at the Leshan Giant Buddha attraction parking lot [free sightseeing bus available] to reach the entrance of Leshan Giant Buddha attraction, where a guide will accompany you on a hiking tour into the attraction for an in-depth guided experience.

Carved into the Lingyun cliff, the Leshan Giant Buddha embodies the unity of mountain and Buddha. This Tang Dynasty masterpiece has majestically overlooked three rivers for millennia, standing as an enduring landmark of Sichuan's Buddhist culture. Hike up the mountain to visit and touch the Buddha's head for a memorable experience.
